Nestled in the rolling hills of Hartford, NY in Washington County, Holley Hill Farms has been a staple of the maple and farming community since 1990. Operated by the Cornell Family since its inception, the farm is a classic Northeast maple syrup operation as well as wool and fiber farm featuring livestock of all kinds. The passion project of owners Jeff and Lisa Cornell, the farm has long served as a business, lifestyle and educational component in the family’s lives.

Throughout the year, the farm wears many different hats. From mowing hay throughout the summer and planting a variety of garden vegetables in our nearly one-acre garden, to battling the cold and snow during the winter, running sap lines and making repairs in the woods in preparation for maple season. The result of it all is, the farm has a variety of homemade and handmade products available for purchase, most notably maple syrup and other related maple products. Additionally, we have a multitude of fiber products and fine wool arts products available for sale.
